YouTuber A2D Nanda Kumar Exposed: Involvement in Grey Market Software Key Scam

A2D Nanda Kumar, a well-known YouTuber and tech influencer, has built a following by offering PC advice and exposing scams. However, recent investigations have revealed his alleged involvement in promoting grey market software keys, leading to a major scandal. The YouTuber, who has been vocal about ethical practices in the tech industry, is now accused of selling illegitimate software keys while virtue-signaling to his audience about scams.

Promoting Grey Market Software Keys

For months, Nanda Kumar has been promoting a controversial site, cdkeylabs.com, which offers software keys at heavily discounted prices. Instead of paying the legitimate price of ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 for Microsoft software, customers could get keys from this site for as little as ₹1,000 to ₹1,500. At first glance, this appeared to be a great deal for his viewers, but concerns started to arise about the legitimacy of these software keys.

One of Nanda's followers, Jason Samuel, decided to investigate after purchasing a key from the grey site. Upon completing the transaction, he noticed a suspicious detail: the name Gopinath Sekar was listed during the checkout process. Further investigation revealed that Gopinath Sekar is a business manager at Nuke Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company co-directed by none other than Nanda Kumar himself, along with Vigneshwara Karthikeyan. The registered address of this company was also found to match A2D Channel's operational address, further confirming the connection.

Hypocrisy and Scamming

The irony of Nanda Kumar’s actions became clear as more evidence surfaced. While condemning unethical practices in his videos, he was secretly profiting from the same kind of scam he often warned his viewers about. His hypocrisy has infuriated fans, many of whom trusted him as a reliable source for tech advice. One viewer commented, "I thought the cdkey site was legit, but now I see it's a grey market site. Microsoft has warned that reselling keys like this is unauthorized. I can't believe Nanda was part of this scam."

Many fans have also expressed concerns that Nanda Kumar may have used these illegitimate keys when installing software on the custom-built PCs he sold to his clients. One netizen remarked, "Most likely, A2D used those pirated keys to install the OS on all the PCs he’s built so far." Another replied, "I hope the buyers demand legitimate ones. They can't just get away with this!"

Impact on Reputation

The exposure of Nanda Kumar’s involvement in this grey market scam has sent shockwaves through the YouTube tech community. Known for exposing scammers, he now finds himself at the center of a controversy. Fans are left questioning the authenticity of his content and whether they can trust the influencers they follow.

It remains to be seen how Nanda Kumar will respond to these accusations. Many speculate that his next move will involve playing the victim, but his reputation has undoubtedly taken a hit. As this scandal unfolds, customers who purchased software through his promotions or custom PCs may demand accountability, leaving Nanda Kumar in a difficult position.
